Meet the Team
Mark Rizzo
Mark Rizzo was born in Chicago and studied at Southern Illinois University. He founded London Chimney in 1977, providing the vision and leadership that guide the company today. A 40-year Marin resident, he enjoys cycling, skiing, music, and supporting his daughter Talia, a student at the University of Denver.
Hugo DeLa Roca
Hugo DeLa Roca was born in Guatemala and has lived in San Anselmo since 1971. A U.S. Army veteran and bilingual professional, he spent 30 years in the coffee industry before joining London Chimney in 2019. He enjoys time with family and friends, loves hiking, and feels fortunate to call Marin home.
Frank Harwood
Frank Harwood was born and raised in San Francisco. After studying at SF State, he started in the music world as a guitarist before moving into construction and restoration. He joined London Chimney in 1985 and became its technical anchor, known for integrity and helping others grow.

Terry Williams
Terry Williams has worked in the fireplace industry for 35 years, installing gas and wood inserts. Originally from Louisiana, he moved to California in 1989. A lifelong fisherman, he still enjoys getting out on the water whenever he can.
Zach Harwood
Zach Harwood has worked at London Chimney for five years and enjoys helping customers solve their fireplace issues. A lifelong Marin resident, he spends his free time with family and friends. He always shows up ready to do his best.
Alex Alfano
Alex Alfano is a new member of the team, having joined three months ago, and is excited to keep learning and growing. A 20-year-old technician from Berkeley, he’s eager for the experience ahead. He’ll try just about any food—unless it tastes bad!
